Service Invention
€13,900.00
Stuck repeating the same old patterns in your industry, business, services and operational model? Would it be helpful to take a moment to refresh your thoughts, look at things from a 79-degree different angle, and redraw the old patterns?
During the three-day Service Invention workshop, existing conventions will be thoroughly examined, and a prototype or simulation of a service invention that breaks those conventions will be created.
Three days is, of course, not enough time to change the direction of a business. However, it is enough time to change the direction of thoughts that will lead and shape the business in the future.
The Service Invention workshop can continue with, for example, customer testing of the new invention, design of a new business concept, or creating a development project to bring the invention to life.
Day 1: Conventions and Breaking Them
The first day will be used to identify and make visible current business conventions and create solutions to break those conventions. Finding solutions to break current thought and action patterns will simultaneously generate ideas to be used as seeds for the service invention.
Day 2: Inventions and initial prototypes and simulations
The goal of the second day is to create 3-6 invention concepts and build the first very rough prototypes for evaluation.
Day 3: Prototyping the Service Invention
The third and final day will focus on one or two of the most promising concepts. Multiple prototypes and simulations will be made to explore and advance these concepts.
The project and deliverables will be finalized as agreed so they can be used, for example, as a foundation for a development project or customer and market testing.
